For 2023 Sitework Improvement The project consists of sitework improvements including asphalt work at the Lindenwold High School, Administrative Building, and Lindenwold School #4, Lindenwold, New Jersey 08021. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the New Jersey Department of the Treasury, Department of Property and Management Construction, prior to the date that bids are received. Any bids submitted under the terms of New Jersey Statutes not including a copy of a valid and active Pre-qualified/Classification Certificate and New Jersey Department of Labor Contractor Registration Certificate may be rejected as being non-responsive to bid requirements. In accordance with N.J.S.A 18A:18A-18, this Project is to be constructed as a single Overall Construction Bid for all the work, goods, and services required to complete the public building to be included in the single contract.
