Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Lee, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
As of April 9, 2024, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for the award has not yet been established. Site Directions: The proposed project is to be constructed to the west of the intersection of N. Korn Gate and E. Hardanger in the Village of Lee, Dekalb County, IL. Directions to the site shall be as follows: From the north and south, take Interstate 39 to the U.S. Rte. 30 exit and head east on U.S. 30 approximately 4-miles. Then turn north on County Line Road for approximately 3 miles. At the intersection of County Line Road and Kirke Gate turn east and then turn north on N. Korn Gate. The project site will be on the left (west) side of the intersection of N. Korn Gate and E. Hardanger Gate. From the east or west, take U.S. Route 30 and follow the same instructions as described previously. Construct new Well #3 and extend the raw watermain from Well 3 to the treatment system. IEPA LOAN NO L17-3252 After the Pre-Bid Meeting, questions regarding the project must be submitted in writing to the engineer no later than February 27, 2024.
