Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Toronto, Ontario. Design plans call for the construction of a 1,036,226-square-foot, 59-story above grade, 1,717-unit multi-residential development; two-story below grade, 170-space parking garage; for site work for a multi-residential development; and 12,392-square-foot retail development.
Construction of 3 residential towers from 44 storeys to 59 storeys with a total of 1,717 residential units + retail as well as indoor and outdoor amenities. Building/Tower A (Phase 1) - 44 storeys; 489 units; 337,615 sq ft residential; 2,063 sq ft non-residential. Building/Tower B (Phase 2) - 52 storeys; 594 units; 320,327 sq ft residential; 6,702 sq ft non-residential. Building/Tower C (Phase 3) - 59 storeys; 634 units; 378,284 sq ft residential; 3,627 sq ft non-residential. TIMELINE: Preliminary designs are underway. Owner is awaiting rezoning approvals from the city of Toronto. Tender and construction timelines have yet to be finalized. Further update late 2025 / early 2026.
