Provide at least one extra box of carpet squares. Provide materials and labor to remove, reinstall & replace oak quarter round to cover all exposed edges, 4" Cove base where needed & install any transition strips needed. o Provide materials and labor to install approximately 150 square feet of Commercial grade LVT waterproof flooring. Should be a plank flooring style. Provide materials and labor to remove, reinstall & replace where needed oak quarter round to cover all exposed edges & 4" Cove base where needed. Work will need to be completed in stages as there will be a need to move the contents back and forth. Labor for furniture and fixtures will be supplied by the Contractor except for the files & computers. o All demolition materials will be removed and disposed of by the contractor. o Contractor will supply all labor, tools, and material to complete the job. o Contractor will coordinate with the Wythe County Buildings and Grounds Department to have the files moved prior to the work by the contractors. o In addition to the proposed price the contractor will provide a certificate of insurance, a copy of their contractor license, a schedule of work start and completion time. o Payment in full will be made within 45 days of final inspection and submitted invoice. o Contractor is encouraged to do a site visit & responsible for verifying all measurements
