LEGAL NOTICE REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR ENGINEERING DESIGN SERVICES FOR WSPS SUBSTATION NORTH JERSEY DISTRICT WATER SUPPLY COMMISSION (the "Commission") is soliciting Not-to-Exceed Proposals from interested firms for the provision of Engineering Design Services for WSPS Substation. Through the procurement process initiated by this RFP, firms interested in providing such Services must prepare and submit a Proposal in accordance with the procedures and schedule established in this RFP. Respondents shall demonstrate that they have the continuing capability to perform these services. In addition, the Respondent must own and maintain a local office within 100 miles of the Commission.
