Renovation of a municipal facility in Clifton Springs, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Town of Manchester, New York, County of Ontario will receive quote for replacement of current lighting fixtures for LED lighting fixtures located at 1272 Cr. 7. Selection Process a) Submissions will be reviewed by the building and grounds committee. Within two weeks following the submission deadline. b) Based on cost of project, timeliness of completion, and application of grants and discounts. A contractor will be selected. Major Project Components a) removal and disposal of old lighting fixture components and bulbs. b) installation of new LED lighting with comparable lighting output to old lights. c) conditions and duration of any warranties d) application of any, and all discounts or grants for this upgrade RFQ CONTENT/SUBMISSION shall list a) detailed list of all components to be installed b) detailed list of all lights to updated c) labor cost for all work done d) timeline for work to be done and anticipated date of completion e) Warranty information for both installation and product.
