Renovation of a medical facility in Madison, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
This project will replace the chilled water coil in the air handling unit servicing Goodland Hall West C Wing at MMHI. Question Deadline 03/22/2023 at 4:30 PM CT All communication and/or questions on all matters regarding this Bid must be made in writing directed to the DHS Procurement Manager: Annette Bender at annette.bender@dhs.wisconsin.gov Bidder must replace chilled water coil in the air handling unit. o Bidder must provide all labor for replacement/installation. o Bidder must provide any rigging required. o Bidder must provide any crane equipment required. o Bidder must do start-up and testing of the new coil. o Bidder must dispose of old coil. o Bidder must replace any insulation disturbed by the replacement. o Bidder must provide an estimated lead time from date of order. o Bidder must provide manufacturer/workmanship warranty on the replacement coil.
