Reference number : 1696383 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2023-03-20 Submission sent electronically accepted: No The City of Saint-Pascal is requesting bids for the mechanized sweeping of streets and municipal parking lots for the years 2023 to 2025 inclusive. SUBMISSION CONDITIONS Only persons, corporations or companies having their principal place of business in Quebec or when an intergovernmental agreement is applicable, in a province or territory covered by this agreement are authorized to bid. This contract is subject to the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between Quebec and Ontario (ACCQO) as well as the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Tenders must be made on the tender form provided with the estimate and must be accompanied by a tender guarantee corresponding to an amount equivalent to ten percent (10%) of the total amount of the tender including applicable taxes. This bid guarantee may be in the form of a certified check made out to Ville de Saint-Pascal or in the form of a bid bond issued in favor of the Town by an insurance company authorized to stand surety. Ville de Saint-Pascal does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders received. Furthermore, the City of Saint-Pascal shall not be liable for any lawsuit or claim for costs or losses suffered by the tenderers as a result of such decisions.
