The work consists of 1,300 feet of multiuse pathway improving the connection of National Bike Route 10 to the City of Dover. These improvements include attached asphalt and concrete sidewalk, curb and gutter, and a stormwater system running from Loretta Lane south and east to the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue and 3rd Street, and east to the intersection of Roosevelt Avenue and Railroad Avenue. This project includes Federal-aid funding and Davis Bacon Wages will apply. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda, lists of registered plan holders, reports, and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project.
