Bidders should pay particular attention to the documents they must attach to their bid , as required in the estimate. Ville de Montmagny does not undertake to accept the lowest or any of the tenders submitted. It disclaims all liability for the costs paid by tenderers for the preparation of their tender and for the fact that the written opinions or any documents conveyed by electronic system are incomplete or contain any error or omission whatsoever. All bidders must therefore ensure, before bidding, that they obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City also reserves the right to remove certain parts of the estimate, or to waive one or other of the conditions listed or to grant parts of the contract if it deems it appropriate. It also reserves the right not to retain any of the tenders received if, in particular, they turn out to be higher than market rates.
