Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Austin, Texas. Working plans call for the construction of a 4,200-square-foot, two-story above grade municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

For Travis County WCID No. 17 Central District Maintenance Facility The Project generally consists of an approximate 4,200 sf 2-story office building, approximate 1,455 sf maintenance building, approximate 1,500 sf parking and storage structure, and associated site, grading, and utility improvements. The prospective bidder's attention is directed to the Bid Documents where detailed instruction and provisions are contained concerning bidding requirements, bonds, insurance, and other Project requirements.
