Notice is hereby given that the Council of said City will conduct a public hearing on the proposed plans, specifications, form of contract, and estimate of cost for the construction of the above-described improvement project at 5:30 p.m. on April 3, 2023, said hearing to be held in the Harold E. Getty Council Chambers in City Hall in said City A bidder that has doubt as to the true meaning of a project requirement may submit to the Owner's Engineer a written request for interpretation no later than 4 days prior to bid opening.
