A firm timeline for construction has not been established. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: The New York State Office of General Services, Design & Construction Group (OGS) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide Architectural & Engineering Services for MEP upgrades at Empire State Plaza, Albany NY. Firms must possess a strong architectural and building systems engineering background in all areas of MEP systems design, construction, rehabilitation, and modernization. Contract term: 5 Years (3 years to assign new work + 2 additional years to complete assignments) The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
