This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The requirement will be competed unrestricted and made available to Full and Open competition, meaning any qualified vendor regardless of size status may submit a quote. Statement of Need The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), National Center for Toxicological Research (NCTR), requires services for waste dispose of non-regulated solid waste for landfill, recyclable material collection and hauling services which comply with all Federal, State Regulations and sustainability/recycling efforts.
