The Work includes supply, install and modification of cable, transition joints and associated alarms, including design, supply and install of support structures and rebuild of hydraulic manifolds at Jessie & Edmonton stations, Winnipeg, Manitoba. Descriptions of ITEMS of the Work listed below are provided as a general overview. Detailed Purchaser's Requirements are provided in the Technical Requirements: 1.1.1 ITEM 1: Mobilization and Demobilization 1.1.2 ITEM 2: Re-build Edmonton hydraulic manifold to accept reservoirs, vacuum treat terminations, mount and connect three (3) new remote monitoring capable pressure gauges. 1.1.3 ITEM 3: Relocate three (3) pre-pressurized reservoirs from Jessie (22) station to Edmonton (21) station. 1.1.4 ITEM 4: Re-build Jessie hydraulic manifold to add crossover ability for single tank operation, vacuum treat terminations, mount and connect three (3) new remote monitoring capable pressure gauges. 1.1.5 ITEM 5: Design, supply and install support structures and clamping for transition joints in both jointing chambers. 1.1.6 ITEM 6: Install three (3) purchaser supplied transition joints to connect the new XLPE cables to the existing SCFF cables at the north jointing chamber. These joints will be sectionalized, work includes the mounting and bonding of Cross Bonding link box. 1.1.7 ITEM 7: Install three (3) purchaser supplied transition joints to connect the new XLPE cables to the existing SCFF cables at the south jointing chamber. These joints will be non-sectionalized.
