Upgrades, repairs and improvements to Alice-Parizeau elementary school. The scope of the project includes interior renovations, replacement of the HVAC system, upgrades to ventilation plumbing network, structural reinforcement and repairs of the lighting system. TIMELINE: Working drawings are underway. Owner is seeking required approvals. Timelines for a tender and construction are being finalized. Further update in spring/early summer 2026.
