A. Project provides for furnishing all labor, material and equipment to perform the work on Project Number XGFG212001 Relocate Vehicle Fueling Station as described herein and shown on the project drawings dated May, 2023. B. The Contractor shall be responsible for all requirements described in the contract documents and all work including that of his Subcontractor(s). Failure to familiarize himself with their requirements will not relieve the Contractor of his responsibility to complete the work. *The fueling station relocation project has been revised and released with a new bid date of April 5th, 2023. Addendum 01 has been uploaded to highlight the major changes to the project that need to be accounted for in the proposal. A new pre-bid walkthrough date has been set for Monday, March 20th, at 10:00 AM. A Question and Answer document is being compiled by the government to address all questions to date and is expected to be released in the near future. Project is to relocate and construct the base's primary Diesel and Mogas Station. The project is anticipated to occur in 4 phases: Phase 1: Construct new fueling station to accept and make provisions for new fueling system. Phase 2: Furnish and install pre-manufactured steel canopy on columns installed under phase 1. Furnish and install lighting and complete full site restoration. Fully commission new fueling system. Phase 3: Deconstruct fueling station 1010. Complete closure requirements Phase 4: Complete asphalt paving and site restoration of both new and deconstructed sites. There are also several options to be included on this project for a variety of work around the base to include roadwork and site furnishings. *Addendum 1 has been released. *Question and Answer #1 document has been provided by the base to address questions asked on the project to date.
