Renovation of an educational facility in Boone, North Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The Party of the First Part shall furnish and deliver all of the materials, and perform all of the work in the manner and form as provided by the following enumerated plans, specifications and documents, which are attached hereto and made a part thereof as if fully contained herein: advertisement; Instructions to Bidders; General Conditions; Supplementary General Conditions; specifications; accepted proposal; contract; performance bond; payment bond; power of attorney; workmen's compensation; public liability; property damage and builder's risk insurance certificates; approval of attorney general; certificate by the Office of State Budget and Management, and drawings Bidders questions will be entertained in writing until 5:00 PM on Wednesday, April 19, 2023. Address all questions to the designer, Dewberry Engineers Inc. - Attn: Anthony Tony Miller, The project scope consists of selective demolition, structural repairs to replace damaged floor joist framing and miscellaneous structural repairs at five residence halls as specified in the contract documents. As of March 20th, 2023, project has been cancelled. No reason of cancellation were disclosed. = Appalachian State University - Housing Structural Repairs The full plan deposit will be returned to those bidders provided all documents are returned in good, usable condition within ten (10) days after the bid date.
