Commissioning Consultant Services to the Richmond Hospital Redevelopment Project. TIMELINE: Request for Proposal for consultants to provide commissioning consultant services for the project is underway. The Project Commissioning Authority (CxA) will provide general Commissioning (Cx) oversight of the Design-Builder's Commissioning program and review and approve all Commissioning documentation and test results. The CxA will work with the Design-Builder's Project Commissioning Provider (CxP) to develop a Commissioning program that will result in a facility that is ready for operations at time of handover with a testing program that ensures the highest performance of the building and all of its infrastructure. The Authority reserves the right to disqualify any Proponent that in the Authority's opinion has a conflict of interest or an unfair advantage, whether real, perceived, existing now or likely to arise in the future, or may permit the Proponent to continue and impose such conditions as the Authority may consider to be in the public interest or otherwise required by the Authority. Refer to Sections 4.4 and 4.5 above regarding relationship and funding disclosure forms.
