SCOPE OF SERVICES oReplace the existing projection screen with a new 16:10 aspect ratio 189" ceiling recessed motorized drop-down projection screen o Install a new 6,000lumen WUXGA laser light projector on a ceiling pole mount oThe available video inputs will be the existing HDMI wall plate and the customer provided dedicated PC with HDMI output oThe existing HDMI/VGA plate will be replaced with a new HDMI only wall plate oThe video output will be split to the projector and (2) HDMI wall plates to be used for local monitors oThe existing speakers will remain in place oProvide (5) new wireless microphone systems with (3) hand held and (2) lavalier style oProvide charging stations for the microphones oReconnect the existing XLR wall plate oProvide a handheld microphone, stand, and XLR cable to connect the wall plate. o Provide a new 10" in-wall touch panel, custom programed to control of the room oProvide iPad-based control of the system oProvide audio conferencing from the touch panel using the customer provided POTS telephone line o Install (2) new PTZ cameras. (1) facing the presenter area and (1) facing the audience oControl of the cameras will come from the touch panel oProvide (4) presets for each camera oThe cameras and two-way audio for video conferencing will be connected to the customer provided PC via USB oThe existing wall mount rack will be reused oReplace the existing lighting switches with new Lutron controlled switches/dimmers (assumption of 120V- not 277V-to be confirmed on install) oProvide (2) custom programed lighting keypads for easy room control oBasic lighting scene recall will be available from the touch panel and iPad oAll programming files and configuration details provided to client upon acceptance of final payment This solicitation is subject to provisions for participation of Section 3 businesses and residents.
