For Owner's Project Manager (OPM) for PFAS and Disinfectant Byproduct Control Modifications at Greensand Treatment Plant The Bellingham Department of Public Works requests that qualifications be submitted by firms or individuals who can act as an Owner's Project Manager (OPM). Time Period for Completed Project Two years. Designer Fee Negotiated Construction project requires the assistance of an OPM. The proposed work is PFAS and Disinfectant Byproduct control modifications at the existing Hartford Ave. Greensand treatment plant. Specified Services(all chosen) Project Manager The OPM will assist the DPW Director with the management and review of the design and construction. The OPM must be experienced in design and construction of drinking water treatment facilities. The pilot study which is the basis of the plan to construct the water treatment improvements will be forwarded to interested parties. Wright-Pierce prepared the pilot study and will design the facilities. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time
