Catoosa County Board of Commissioners (CCBOC) is seeking responders to submit proposals on the following: The replacement of the Catoosa County Courthouse Windows. Catoosa County Board of Commissioners is seeking sealed written Proposals from qualified vendors to replace the windows at the Catoosa County Courthouse located at 7694 Nashville Street, Ringgold, GA 30736. Only inquiries received in writing will receive a response. All such written inquiries must be delivered by 12:00 noon, on Friday, Apr 7th, 2023. CCBOC will publish a response to all inquiries on its website on Monday, Apr 10th, 2023. Responder must have minimum Workers Comp and General Liability Insurance in full force and effect. No Bid will be considered unless it is accompanied by satisfactory evidence that the Respondent holds any and all necessary or required Federal, State or local licenses and/or permits. Pursuant to O.C.G.A. 13-10-91, all contractors and sub-contractors performing work within the State of Georgia on a contract with a public employer must register and participate in a federal work authorization. Catoosa County will require certification from Respondent that this requirement has been met. Each Respondent shall submit with its Bid a copy ofcurrent Business License or Occupational Tax Certificateissued in the state it resides. If Respondent cannot provide this License, it will be required to obtain one from Catoosa County if it is awarded this contract. Qualifications of the Respondent will be reviewed before the Award of the Contract. Catoosa County reserves the right to accept or reject any and all RFP, to waive formalities, technicalities, or irregularities and to re-advertise if necessary. Award will be made based on the lowest responsive and responsible RFP that has met the requirements of this RFPs criteria. The contract between Catoosa County and the selected responder shall be subject to the payment agreement drawn up between Catoosa County and the selected responder. Any Proposal submitted in response to this Request shall remain open for acceptance by the Board, and same shall be honored by the contractor, for a period of sixty (60) days from the date set forth hereinabove for the receipt of Proposals.
