The City is in no way liable for the fact that any notices or documents conveyed by electronic system contain any errors or omissions whatsoever. Consequently, any tenderer must make sure to obtain all the documents related to this call for tenders. The City does not undertake to accept any of the tenders received and does not incur any costs or any obligation of any nature whatsoever and assumes no responsibility towards the tenderer(s).
