Highland County East Monroe Mill Soil Removal and Building Demolition. Project remedial activities are anticipated to begin by April 2023, with a projected project completion deadline of May 30, 2023. Subcontractor award selection is anticipated to be made in March 2023. The Scope of Work for this project involves building demolition, and petroleum contaminated soil disposal. All hazardous containing materials should be properly disposed off-property in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
