Demolition, site work and environmental remediation for a municipal facility in Leesburg, Ohio. Completed plans call for the demolition of a municipal facility; for site work for a municipal facility; and for environmental remediation for a municipal facility.
Any questions must be submitted by Monday, March 13, 2023 via email to Mr. Matthew Wagner with Tetra Tech (matthew.wagner@tetratech.com) as HCLRC's consultant, with a copy to Ms. Mackenzie Edison the Director at HCLRC (medison@co.highland.oh.us) Questions will be answered via an addendum to be issued by approximately Tuesday, March 14, 2023. Highland County East Monroe Mill Soil Removal and Building Demolition. Project remedial activities are anticipated to begin by April 2023, with a projected project completion deadline of May 30, 2023. Subcontractor award selection is anticipated to be made in March 2023. The Scope of Work for this project involves building demolition, and petroleum contaminated soil disposal. All hazardous containing materials should be properly disposed off-property in accordance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
