The Government anticipates awarding a firm fixed price contract to the contractor whose offer represents the best value considering past performance and price. RFQ is issued in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts, 12, 13 and 15 via the Federal Contracts Opportunities via SAM.gov website https://sam.gov/content/home.
