As of March 13, 2023. This project as been cancelled and will rebid in the future. Replace the existing (12) windows with new single-hung vinyl windows. These units are to be complete with trims, impact ratings, screens and low-e glass. EXTERIOR DOORS: Replace front and side entry door units with hurricane rated metal clad insulated 6 panel door units with thresholds, weather stripping, trim, caulk and painted. Entry doors are to have a peep holes. Install new dead bolts and lock sets that are keyed alike on all new exterior door units. FLOORING: Remove all of the existing flooring and install a LVP on a floating membrane. Install wood base and shoe molding or 1/4 round. CABINETRY: We will be keeping the cabinets in kitchen and bathroom. Please clean and paint the interior and exterior of these cabinets, leaving the drawers boxes unfinished. Install approximately 18 linear feet of new standard grade post formed countertop with an incorporated back splash and cap all ends in the kitchen and bathroom. CRA is to be selecting the color. Install new knobs and pulls on new cabinets with CRA selecting the style. INTERIOR DOORS: Remove existing damaged door unit with matching 6 panel doors. Reinstall the closet doors and replace any that are found to be damaged. Finish new doors to match existing doors as close as possible. Raise the header to the laundry room and reframe, adding a new door. Install new door hardware matching the new exterior doors. INTERIOR WALLS and CEILINGS: Repair all drywall surfaces that are damaged and due to code up-grades and existing surfaces that are damaged or incomplete. Repaired areas are to match as close as possible to existing with; drywall, tape, mud, texture and paint. Paint the exterior and interior of the home per CRA's color selection. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
