Architectural/Engineering Services Reference your submittals as Architectural/Engineering Services for the Town of Poughkeepsie. The Statements of Qualifications shall include a one-page cover letter, and be double sided; not smaller than size 12 point font. The proposal shall include a clear table of contents addressing all the requirements of the RFQ. These requirements will be strictly enforced. The Town reserves the right to amend this RFQ. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all Statements of Qualifications, or any part thereof, submitted in response to this RFQ. The Town reserves the right to request additional information from any proposer. This invitation does not commit the Town to accept any Statements of Qualifications and does not obligate the Town for any cost associated with the preparation of the same. If you have any questions regarding the RFQ, please contact the Engineering Department at the Town of Poughkeepsie at (845) 485-3638. To be selected, the Consultant needs to be a licensed and authorized by the State of New York to practice Architecture/Engineering. The chosen consultants shall not be permitted to subcontract any or all of the work performed without first obtaining written permission from the Town. By submitting, the firm represents and warrants that it is familiar with all federal, state and local laws and regulations The Town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
