DEMOLITION: Remove existing system and dispose. INSTALLATION: Install one 2-Stage 5 Ton Split Heat Pump System System: o Carrier Heat Pump M#25HCB660A003 o Carrier Variable Speed Air Handler M# FV4CNB006L00 o Carrier M#KFCEH3001F15 15kw Stageable Auxiliary Heater o Honeywell Vision Pro 8000 Wi-Fi Thermostat o Demolition and disposal of existing equipment is the contractor's responsibility. Contractor to observe EPA guidelines in recovering and disposing of refrigerant from existing HVAC equipment. o Shall include all electrical requirements for a complete operable system per code. o Diffusers are to be replaced throughout building with like kind o Install new air handling unit vertically in the weight room. Reconnect all supply and return ductwork as necessary for a completely operable system. o When re-attaching the ductwork, duct and insulation is to be taped and painted at all joints. o All ductwork is to be reused. o Add duct and diffuser to weight room. o Removal and reinstallation of drop ceiling to be responsibility of the contractor. o Verify dimensions of new units prior to installation.
