DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: (450 character limit) York Tech needs an update to its 2010 Master Plan. Services will include a review of the existing master plan, demographics/space needs analysis, programming study, identifying projects, timeline, and cost estimates to create a new 20-year plan that aligns with the College Mission and Vision. The Agency requests qualifications from firms interested in providing professional services for the project listed above. Any questions concerning this solicitation must be addressed to the Agency Project Coordinator listed above. Architectural, Engineering, and Landscape Architecture Design Services. Campus Master Planning experience. Experience with institutions of Higher Education. INTERESTED FIRMS SHOULD SUBMIT THE FOLLOWING: 1. A Current STANDARD FEDERAL FORM 330; 2.
