DESCRIPTION OF PROJECT/PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: (450 character limit) York Tech needs an update to its 2010 Master Plan. Services will include a review of the existing master plan, demographics/space needs analysis, programming study, identifying projects, timeline, and cost estimates to create a new 20-year plan that aligns with the College Mission and Vision. The Agency requests qualifications from firms interested in providing professional services for the project listed above.
