The project consists of conversion of existing Motorcycle space (lab) into the New Veterinary Technology Lab and all work as indicated on the drawings and as specified in the project manual. Bids brought to the Treasurers Office will not be accepted. Plans and specifications were prepared for this project by Architectural Vision Group (AVG), Ltd., 23850 Sperry Drive, Cleveland, Ohio, 44145. Bids shall include, and bidders shall submit with their bids, bid security in the form of (i) a bond in accordance with Ohio Revised Code Sections 153.54 and 153.571 naming the Polaris Career Center as obligee for the total amount of the bid, including all add alternates, or (ii) a certified check, cashier's check or letter of credit in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total amount of the bid, including all add alternates, as prescribed by Ohio Revised Code 153.54. Last day for RFIs is March 17, 2023 at 12:00 pm. All contractors and subcontractors involved with the project will comply with the Equal Employment Opportunity requirements of Ohio Administrative Code, Chapter 123, the Governor's Executive Order of 1972, and Governors Executive Order 84-9.
