Site work for a municipal facility in Calgary, Alberta. Completed plans call for site work for a municipal facility.
To install a new perimeter fence around the Sarcee OWC to protect City Staff and secure the workplace. Critical the fence is installed as there have been some security issues as well as protecting corporate assets for future growth in the area and associated expansion of services from the Sarcee OWC site. This RFQ is open only to those Prequalified Parties who have received notification from The City prior to Quote Submission that they are prequalified for Prime Contractor for Safety status in the following category or categories: Buildings General contractor (C7400200) Install a new perimeter fence around the Sarcee OWC to protect City Staff and secure the workplace. Critical the fence is installed as there have been some security issues as well as protecting corporate assets for future growth in the area and associated expansion of services from the Sarcee OWC site. This procurement process is not intended to create, and, will not create, a formal, legally binding bidding process. It will instead be governed by the law applicable to direct commercial negotiations. Any Agreement resulting from this opportunity will have a duration lasting until project completion and any applicable warranty work
