Site work for a water / sewer project in Winchester, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Furnish and install a fine bubble aeration system. This will include placing several disks in the reservoir, piping, and a valve manifold. This project also includes retrofitting the existing electrical system to make the intake screen blow-off system function in conjunction with the newly installed bubble aeration compressors via a manual transfer switch. The Project value is estimated to be $120,000. The date of commencement of the Contract shall be approximately April 6, 2023 Contractors with questions about the wage rates or classifications included on the wage schedule have an affirmative obligation to inquire with DLS at (617) 626-6953. The scope of work described in these Specification Sections takes place in and around a public drinking water surface supply. The contractor shall not contaminate the public water supply and shall abide by restrictions set in place by the Owner. B. No gas powered motors may be used in the reservoir. If a boat is needed to complete the scope of work, an electric motor shall be used.
