A timeline for bidding and construction has yet to be announced. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: Lawsons Fork Creek and Fairforest Creek Basins Large Diameter Sewer System Rehabilitation Project Professional Services for Condition Assessment and Rehabilitation Recommendations Plan The District is seeking a qualified firm for the Lawsons Fork Creek and Fairforest Creek Basins Large Diameter Sewer System Rehabilitation Plan. The objective of this project is to develop a strategic and economical repair and rehabilitation plan for the two basins large diameter pipelines with a goal to execute this plan in a manner that maximizes the quantity of repair and rehabilitation with available funding. The District anticipates a multi-phased, multi-year rehabilitation project to result from the large pipeline condition assessment. The selected company will review the CCTV video and condition assessment data collected during the eleven (11) phases of the Large Diameter Cleaning and CCTV Inspection project, and provide a comprehensive condition assessment report with recommendations on the appropriate rehabilitation method(s) for the system defects. The report will summarize the findings from all phases of the large line cleaning project with prioritized rehabilitation recommendations and associated construction cost estimates. Summary maps/plans and charts should be included to prioritize the areas of most concern and where the greatest inflow/infiltration reduction can be achieved. An emphasis should be placed on the use of trenchless technologies where feasible.
