This bid is available for piggybacking by other Nassau County School Districts which have members in good standing in the Nassau County Chapter of the School Facilities Association, but are not listed in either the published Notice to Bidders and/or the bid documents. Bids must be presented on the standard proposal form in the manner designated and as required by the specifications. The Boards of Education further reserve the right to consider experience, service, and reputation in the above referenced fields. In addition, the Boards of Education further reserve the right to consider the financial responsibility and specific qualifications, set forth in the bid specifications, of the prospective bidder in evaluation of the bids and award of contracts.
