Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Driggs, Idaho. Completed plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.
A description of the work of this project can be summarized to include complete site development, including power, septic system, and water for new manufactured housing unit (MHU). Site grading, asphalt access road. Concrete footings and foundation, fencing and decks. Landscaping with automatic irrigation system. Furnish and install manufactured housing unit. A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount, including any add alternates, is required. A Public Works Contractor's License for the State of Idaho is required to bid on this work. WORK COVERED BY CONTRACT DOCUMENTS A. The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Site development for new manufactured homes, including septic system, water, and power service. Paved roads, fences, site grading and development. B. Type of Contract: 1. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract per the Division of Public Works Fixed Price Construction Contract between Owner and Contractor. Questions concerning a bid must be directed in writing to the designated Design Professional (architect or engineer) no less than ten (10) calendar days before bids are due unless provided otherwise via an addendum
