Renovation of a fitness / recreation center in Evanston, Illinois. Completed plans call for the renovation of a fitness / recreation center.
Contractor shall maintain premises and public properties free from accumulations of waste, debris, and rubbish, caused by construction operations At completion of work, Contractor shall remove waste materials, rubbish, tools, equipment, machinery and surplus materials, clean all sight-exposed surfaces and leave project clean and ready for occupancy. The Evanston City Council also reserves the right to award the contract to an Evanston firm if that firm's bid is within 5% of the low bid. The City of Evanston has a goal of awarding 25% of its contracts to Minority Owned, Women-Owned, and Evanston-based businesses (M/W/EBEs).
