Description: Abate and demolish existing 59,000 square-foot, 3-story office building with full basement and parking lot completely, including removal of existing underground utility services. No valid bidding proposal will be issued to a prospective bidder who is not qualified. Companies, corporations or trade names, except sole proprietorships must be registered with the Secretary of 5 State (Corporate Division, Telephone No. 603/271-3244) in order to do business with the State of New Hampshire. Bidders are advised that final bid award, as approved by Governor and Executive Council, and issuance of a notification to proceed with the work, can occur up to 60 days or more after the bid opening date.
