If you have any questions please contact Shawn Cox at 704-832-3827 The length of any resulting contract will be for a period of three (3) years. The contract will be renewable to five (5) years if work and price is determined to be satisfactory. Fuel cost modifications will be allowed annually. This contract will begin July 1, 2023. The total contract period will not exceed a total of five (5) years. The City of Statesville is seeking submissions from qualified vendors for tree trimming services, to include take downs, removals, pruning, stump grinding, chipping, hauling, site cleanup, etc. throughout the city. The successful contractor(s) shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, materials, qualified personnel, and transportation as needed to complete the work. The City of Statesville reserved the right to reject any or all bid proposals and to accept any proposal which is deemed to be in the best interest of the City of Statesville, NC.
