Work includes modifications to the exterior elevations and the removal of the existing "greenhouse" dining room area. Interior renovations of the dining room and toilet areas. This solicitation is issued by the Army and Air Force Exchange Service which is an instrumentality of the United States Government. The cost of the project is estimated to be in the range between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The construction period will be 120 calendar days.
