Renovation of a library in Walker, Michigan. Design plans call for the renovation of a library.
These prequalification submissions must be submitted by noon on March 13th in order to be considered. As of July 12, 2023, a design team has been selected. Solicitation for a construction manager is expected in August 2023. All questions regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) should be submitted in writing to Mr. Scott Conners at sconners@walker.city. Questions must be in writing to ensure that we can provide comprehensive documented answers. Questions should be submitted before March 22nd in order to be considered prior to the due date for A/E consultant proposals. For the purposes of this proposal, assume a construction project value of $12M-$15M, including project soft costs. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
