Annual Wage Order #31, as of April 17th, 2024 Project Scope Riverside Landing Park, located at the confluence of Dardenne Creek and the Mississippi River slough, is a Saint Charles County Park that provides roads, visitor parking, RV and primitive campsites, docks, boat launching, boat trailer parking, kayak dock, and park facilities to the public. The proposed project will elevate the existing sanitary control panels, blowers, air scrubbers onto two elevated utility platforms.
