The Township of Carlow/Mayo requires grass cutting and trimming services for the following locations: 1. Foster Lake Park, 71 Park Road; 2. Carlow Community Centre, 1702 Fort Stewart Road; 3. Mayo Community Centre, 66 Mayo Lake Road; 4. Municipal Office, 3987 Boulter Road; 5. Public Works Garage, 3988 Boulter Road. Scope of work will include grass cutting and trimming of the park; two (2) ball fields; two (2) horseshoe pit areas; three (3) playground areas; remainder of community centre grounds; municipal office; public works garage. Grass cutting and trimming services will be required weekly or at the discretion of the Township Public Works Manager for all sites listed above. Contract commences May 17, 2023 to September 30, 2023 or at the discretion of the Township Public Works Manager and the Contractor will work under the direction of the Township Public Works Manager. Basis of payment will be by per cut. The price quoted per cut will include all equipment and labour to complete the grass cutting and trimming services required at all above noted sites. The lowest or any quotation not necessarily accepted.
