CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/23/2023 5:00 PM Landis Valley Road (S.R. 1014) & Realigned Kissel Hill Road/East Delp Road Intersection NOTE: The Commissioners of Manheim Township have authorized C.S. Davidson, Inc., to act on their behalf by opening bids. Contracts will be awarded at a regularly scheduled meeting of Manheim Township. A bid bond by acceptable surety or a certified check made payable to Manheim Township in the amount of 10% of the maximum bid must be provided by each bidder with their bid. Each bidder must be prepared to submit evidence of his qualifications to perform the work. Notice is hereby given to bidders that this project is subject to the provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act approved August 15, 1961 (Act No. 442, P.L. 987), as amended. The Contract Time for this project is two hundred forty (240) calendar days. Manheim Township reserves the right to accept any bid or reject any or all bids.
