The Town of Babylon Commissioner of General Services will receive scaled proposals for Mooring Poles and Channel Markers, Supply, Install and Relocate. The period covered by this contract shall be from the date of award through March 31, 2024 ,inclusive. All bids submitted shall state the firm price to be held during the life of the contract. No bid will be accepted where the price given is subject to a change in the price that will cause a higher cost to the Town of Babylon for the item at the time of delivery. At the termination date of the contract period, the contract may be extended by mutual consent of the contracting parties. For further information call (631) 957-3025. The Town reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The Town encourages minority and women owned businesses to participate. The Town Board of the Town of Babylon reserves the right to accept this bid by item or as a whole, or at its discretion, reject all bids and re-advertise in the manner provided by Section 103 of the General Municipal Law.
