Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Verona, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
This project includes the removal and replacement of specified components of the existing HVAC system at the multi-Purpose Center building including installation, piping and fittings, duct work, electrical work, labor, and all other appurtenances. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 3/24/2023 5:00 PM Davis Bacon wage rates are required to be paid on this contract. Bids must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bidder's Bond from a Surety Company authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, made to the order of Municipality of Penn Hills, Allegheny County, Pennsylvania in an amount equal to ten (10%) percent of the total amount of the Proposal. Bids shall remain subject to acceptance for ninety (90) days after the Bid Opening Date or for any additional period of time that Bidders agree to in reply to a written request by the Owner. The Municipality of Penn Hills, Pennsylvania reserves the right to waive any formalities or to reject any or all Proposals.
