Site work and new construction of a military facility in Gander, Newfoundland. Completed plans call for the construction of a military facility; for site work for a military facility; and one-story above grade military facility.

Closing Time: 2:00 PM (NT) ** Please note that there has been 3 addendum issued for this project. ** The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary for the construction of a new one-story building to accommodate 5 Canadian Rangers Patrol Group, 9 Wing Gander, NL Bids from bidders whose name does not appear on the official list of bidders who ordered the tender documents, may be declared invalid. The Work must reach Substantial Completion no later than 540 calendar days after notification of contract award and must be completed no later than 30 calendar days after the date of Substantial Completion. This procurement is being conducted in accordance with the requirements set out in Chapter Five of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). Please note that the preliminary tender results for this project will be available on MERX. Inquiries relating to this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the DCC Contracting Authority mentioned above. Bidders who contact anyone other than the DCC Contracting Authority to obtain clarifications during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
