**As of May 5, 2023, bids were rejected. No definite date for the rebid.** The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1.Selective demolition and disposal of construction debris. 2.Cutting and patching through walls and ceilings where required. 3.Fabrication and installation of new ductwork for existing HVAC units, including all required access doors, balancing dampers, connection and hanging accessories. 4.Provision and installation of supply air diffusers and return registers. 5.Provision and installation of new thermostats for existing air handlers. 6.Testing and balancing of entire HVAC systems. 7.Fabrication and installation of new stainless steel kitchen exhaust hood and rooftop exhaust fan, including flue piping, makeup air ducting, insulation and accessories for a complete kitchen exhaust system.
