Site work and new construction of a municipal facility in Clinton, North Carolina. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a municipal facility; and for site work for a municipal facility.

Scope of Work Design of new salt storage shed on the DOT Sampson County Maintenance Yard in Clinton, NC. The new salt shed will replace the current salt storage dome. The project will be managed by Facilities Management Unit, but the Designer will be coordinating with the County Maintenance Engineer on site. Full design services through construction administration and final acceptance are required. NC Licensing Statement In order to offer architectural, engineering, or landscape architectural services in response to this solicitation, the proposing firm must be properly licensed to practice Architecture, Engineering, or Landscape Architecture in the State of North Carolina.
